I moved to Las Vegas 6.

5 yrs ago, but recently switched jobs-- which qualified me to be able to purchase my first home since my divorce. I first met Jason when I started the home search process. My search eventually directed me to the North Pahrump area (to be close to my new employer at the NTS gate). Jason was very easy to talk to and communicate with. I informed him of my situation and requirements in my wishlist, to help him research available homes within my price range and interests. Jason's response time was extremely fast. Many times he would go out of his way in his efforts to help the customer reach their goals. He eventually helped me find my dream home. Once we knew the target home, he was efficient and getting the offer submitted and accepted. He was with me along the entire escrow process. As we closed, Jason also helped me pursue the lot next to my property. Jason does a great job at keeping his clients informed and in comfort, knowing the escrow process is being completed as smooth as possible. For a great home purchase experience, I would highly recommend Jason Milligan as your realtor rep.

Jason is the best!

He is very easy to talk to and absolutely professional. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about different areas, he is a Las Vegas native which I found super helpful because I am fairly new to Las Vegas. "Jason Milligan is a man of great character. From showing me potential homes all over Las Vegas the first day we met, to 75 days later, he was always "there" for me from start to closing! Handling a real estate transaction can be unnerving for many obvious reasons. Jason probably answered 100 questions over the time period above, with quick followup, expertise, patience and a sense of humor - never making me feel like any question was a waste of his time.
